In 1997 Ross founded Javalobby, which became one of the world's largest and most successful Java sites. In 2006 Javalobby pivoted into DZone, expanding the focus to include all kinds of developer-related activity. In 2010, DZone expanded into the emerging market for "question and answer" software, and AnswerHub was born. It is now a market-leading enterprise KM, collaboration and productivity platform used by major companies around the world.
